About Carole McKee

She began writing in 1996, when she wrote a heart rending tribute to her black Labrador Retriever after he passed away. Her story brought tears and laughter to readers. Carole writes from the heart, a fan stated. Her writing always cleanses the tear ducts.

She bases most of her writing around the Western Pennsylvania area, where she grew up and where she resided for much of her adult life. Now living in Florida, she attends Argosy University in Tampa as a non-traditional student, and is working on a Master's Degree. As demonstrated in the writing of her novel, "Perfect" her writing style conveys passion and emotion, inducing the reader to laugh and to cry with the characters in the story. "Choices" is the first of three in the series. Readers will fall in love with Lindy and Ricky as they evolve from youth to adulthood.

My first novel, PERFECT is the story of the life of a beautiful, talented girl named Katrina (Part I) and the life of her soul mate, Nathan (Part II), and then their life together (Part III). It is a beautiful story of love shared between two people and the love they share with their friends and family. If you like a heart-warming story, you’ll love PERFECT, but watch out for that surprise ending!

Read CHOICES. This is the story of young love. Lindy and Ricky are high school sweethearts who take on the world just to be together. Their love is strong; their love is real. They go up against criticism, jealousy, parental barriers, and forced separations, but their love is unwavering. Together they overcome it all. Guaranteed to make you laugh and cry!

THE BUSHES ARE RED. Lindy and Ricky are all grown up and have children of their own. They are still very much in love and they have made it! They are living the American dream until the past comes back to haunt them. Hold on to you emotions, because they are about to go on a wild ride as Lindy and Ricky face every parent’s worse nightmare!

Family
My two favorite people in the whole world -- my son and my daughter. They have always meant the most to me. Terra still resides in Pittsburgh but we lost Eric to a terrible bone marrow disease called PNH a few years ago. He is painfully missed. Eventually, when the pain is endurable, I will write his story.

 

 PETS

I couldn’t leave out the infamous Jackson! His story made me start writing. He was my best friend and everybody loved him. To me, he was the best dog in the whole world.

 

 

And last, but not least, my two cats, Lacey and Angel.

I might mention that I am an animal lover and that I contribute to the SPCA and the local Humane Society.
